Tuning Fork Align & Release
Sometimes, we need a little “tune up” to feel our best.
The sound waves of the forks will vibrate and travel deeply along the body, engaging your physical body as well as your energy body.
In this 30 minute session, the tuning forks will be used intuitively to engage every chakra, release any obstacles, integrate any aspects and strengthen your connection to your soul.

Soul Session
A Soul Session involves Linda connecting and conversing with your soul to gain clarity as well as help you release and rebalance.
In this unique session, Linda connects with your soul and any aspects that come forward. Aspects are expressions of yourself, and sometimes can become unbalanced. When they come forward, they are looking to become balanced and reintegrate with your soul, allowing you to become whole.
During this session, she converses with your soul and your aspects to help you release and reintegrate, allowing you to stand in your own I Am, your true sovereign authentic self. You are the one that does the “work”, Linda simply helps to guide you and your aspects to become balanced.
This session is held via distance and is approximately 30 minutes long (your soul will indicate when our “chat” is over). After the session is over, Linda will write up the transcript of the session and email it over. A phone call to discuss the transcript is also done after the session.

Beyond Kokoro

This is called realization. To become realized, you reintegrate all of your aspects and become a Sovereign Master, standing tall, strong and fully embracing the energy of Allowing.
When you book a Beyond Kokoro session, you’re saying that you’re ready to fully embrace your I AM, to embrace your aspects and allow your realization to unfold.
During a session, Linda will connect to your soul and any aspects that come forward and use intuitive and channeling to guide the session. Tuning forks, singing bowls and drumming will also be a part of the session, using sound vibrations to deepen your awareness and release.

Qigong Face Massage
In the Qigong Face Massage, we are using ancient Tibetan Vajra techniques, traditional Chinese medicine, and acupressure to enhance and strengthen the mind and body’s health.
Using these techniques, this face massage will work to strengthen the body and mind by stimulating acupressure points on the scalp and face. This will clear blockages and create flow throughout the meridians and channels. Kim will be using these methods to support the internal organs and help prevent illness.

Reiki (ray-ki) means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign” and comes from the Japanese words “rei” meaning universal and “ki” meaning life energy. This energy healing session will remove any energy stagnancy and blocks, allowing your energy to flow freely. This will promote relaxation, assist in your body’s natural healing process and promote emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Chakra Singing Bowl Sound Bath
Enjoy the soothing tones of Quartz Singing bowls, tuned to the frequencies of your chakra centres while enjoying the beautiful atmosphere of our salt cave.
This 45 minute event with Linda will allow you to release, reconnect and remember.
Yoga mat and blanket provided. If you wish, you could also bring a small pillow or an eye pillow to raise your comfort level.
