Beginning Meditation *for the absolutely terrified*

Want to start a mindful meditation practice, but meditation scares and terrifies you, or you simply don’t know where to start? Then this is the course for you!

This course starts at the beginning, from how to sit on a cushion to learning about traditional methods of practice. You’ll learn the “what’s, why’s and how’s” during this 3-week intensive course and leave ready to bring mindful meditation into your life.

This is a hands-on approach to Traditional Tibetan meditation. Our instructor Kim, has studied with masters from the last Shangdi-la of the Himalayas, and uses the techniques in her daily practice.

This course will be held Mondays and Wednesdays beginning October 18th and ending November 3rd (3 weeks, 6 sessions total). Classes will be held from 6:30pm-8pm.

Cost is $240 (plus hst) for all 6 sessions. No refunds will be given if a session is missed.
