Slow Flow & Yin Yoga – Session 2
Love movement and breath during your yoga practice?
This class, created for all levels of yogis, blends two styles of yoga in one practice – bringing the benefits of vinyasa movements and holding yin poses. The beginning of the class will consist of a flow to warm up the body and build strength while the second half of the class will be focused on holding poses for 3-5 minutes.
